Dr. Hernandez is a Licensed Psychologist who has over 15 years of experience in the areas of mental health, education, and healthcare. As a trainer, supervisor, consultant, and administrator, he specializes in the areas of behavioral health consultation, multicultural practice, and equity. He is a national consultant in the area of integrated healthcare and has provided numerous workshops and academic courses in the areas of equity, behavioral health,  and collaboration. Throughout his career he has worked in various community-based settings, assisting professionals and organizations in their organizational development and implementation of evidence-based practices. Dr. Hernandez is known as a dynamic and engaging speaker and trainer. He completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently works as the Assistant Director of Integrated Health Psychologist for the Madison Metropolitan School District in Madison, Wisconsin.
